Job summary

LGI Healthcare Solutions invites an Internal Program Manager, Artificial Intelligence to drive adoption and day-to-day operations of internal AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, M365 Copilot). You will measure usage, report outcomes, and coordinate governance with AI Leadership.

You will build relationships across business areas, define best practices, manage the AI Ambassadors Committee, and translate AI concepts into clear guidance for executives and staff.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in technology adoption, digital-tool operations, or cross-functional coordination.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, M365 Copilot).
• Experience defining indicators and producing reports for leadership and managers.
• Experience presenting to senior executives and governance committees.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain adoption indicators and reports for leadership and business areas.
• Coordinate AI adoption enablement and governance activities across the organization.
• Create and deliver presentations and documents for executives and teams.
• Manage the AI request process and ensure alignment with governance.
• Oversee platform usage models, budgets, and access for internal AI tools.
• Report incidents and compliance gaps to AI Governance and leadership.
• Educate users and ambassadors on AI policies, practices, and learning resources.
