Job summary

Nutrien is seeking an agronomy-focused professional to support customer recommendations and field trials across our Nutrien Ag Solutions network. The role involves planning and executing field tests, analyzing results, and presenting findings to internal teams and customers.

Applicants should have at least 2 years in agronomy, Grade 12, and a relevant post-secondary certificate. A valid driver’s license is required, and the position is based at Nutrien locations in Alberta.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of applied agronomy and/or equivalent education and experience.
• Valid Canadian driver's license (Class 5) will be required.

Responsibilities

• Recommend appropriate Nutrien products and fertilizer products to customers.
• Identify, procure and care for grower demonstration plots for varietal comparison purposes.
• Gather, compile, analyze and interpret test results and prepare progress reports.
• Plan and conduct field testing of designated research material under defined protocols.
• Interact with management to convey results and provide recommendations based on market requirements.
• Distribute information and recommendations to staff and customers; present technical information on seed varieties and marketing programs.
