Job summary

Richardson is seeking an Agronomic Solutions & Innovation Specialist to join our Divisional Office in Richardson, SK. You will support Agronomic Solutions initiatives, digital agriculture tools, training and stewardship initiatives while helping drive innovation in product development.

Responsibilities include coordinating trial summaries and agronomic trends, creating and proofreading materials, adopting digital tools, exploring new technologies, and coordinating events and surveys while

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in agriculture with a background in sales, marketing or communications.
• Post-secondary education in Agriculture is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and industry trends.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of agronomy, crop inputs, or digital agriculture tools is an asset.

• Assist with creating, formatting and proofreading materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
• Support the adoption and training of digital agriculture tools.
• Explore new technologies and identify opportunities to support the business.
• Coordinate events, tours, training sessions, and surveys.
• Work with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders on key projects and initiatives.
