Job summary

Central Ontario FS, a division of GROWMARK, Inc., is seeking a motivated Marketing Intern for the Summer of 2027. You will help feature locations in weekly social media content and develop in-field content showcasing agronomy and energy practices, while learning about our digital tools and marketing strategies.

We value creativity and independent work, travel readiness, and strong writing and interviewing skills.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree or certification program at a college or university.
• Access to a reliable vehicle and valid G driver’s license; travel readiness to the U.S.
• Strong understanding of agriculture and user needs.
• Ability to work independently and schedule in-field travel.
• Passion for creative writing.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn new technology.
• Proficiency with mobile photography and video.
• Strong communication and interviewing skills.
• Interest in web page mapping and logic.

Responsibilities

• Visit branches and collaborate with staff to feature each location in weekly social media content.
• Develop and post weekly in-field content (photos, videos, posts) highlighting activities and intern experience.
• Research and optimize website features to improve user experience.
• Join crop scouts in-field to build agronomy knowledge.
• Attend grower events to grow industry knowledge.
• Engage with internal users and external stakeholders.
• Digital Engagement Project ownership.
• Travel with GROWMARK Intern group as required; participate in mandatory travel dates.
• Analyze user behavior on the new website and apps; conduct user interviews; present findings.
