Job summary

Virden Ag, a growing agricultural dealership in southwestern Manitoba, is seeking a Red Seal Ag Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain agricultural equipment. You will work both independently and with a team to deliver high-quality service to our customers in the Virden area.

Qualifications

• Certified Red Seal Ag Technician or equivalent preferred; level 3 or 4 apprentice considered.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate with service advisors.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service.
• Minimum Class 5 drivers license; Class 3 is an asset.
• Capable of completing services in the field.

Virden Ag is a growing agricultural dealership proudly serving Southwestern Manitoba and Eastern Saskatchewan. We are currently seeking a Red Seal Ag Technician to join our team.

About the Role:

As an Ag Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of agricultural and turf equipment. You'll work both independently and as part of a collaborative team committed to delivering high-quality service to our customers.

What We're Looking For:

• Certified Red Seal Ag Technician or equivalent preferred, would consider level 3 or 4 apprentice
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and able to communicate with our service advisors
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service
• Minimum Class 5 drivers license, Class 3 an asset

Who We Are:

Virden Ag celebrated 6 years in business on September 9, 2026. In addition to KIOTI Tractors, we offer a full line of lawn and garden equipment from STIHL and Cub Cadet, and Ag equipment from several brands including Vermeer, Farm King and Mandako. We employ a team of 11 full-time and several part-time staff. Our current location at 560 Commonwealth Drive, Virden, MB was completed in December 2022, offering 4,000 square feet of showroom, parts and office space, with a 3 bay service shop.
