Timberwolf Environmental Services is currently seeking a skilled and dependable Agricultural Equipment Operator to support various farm and industrial operations. The role involves working across active farms, well sites, and old field restoration areas using a range of agricultural equipment. The ideal candidate is experienced in operating tractors, understands fieldwork procedures, and is committed to safety and productivity. This is a seasonal opportunity from May-October 31, offering 12-hour workdays, with the possibility of shift work based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate agricultural equipment, including:
M6 Kubota Tractor
John Deere 4755 & 6715 Tractors
Various implements including discs, seeders, and soil conditioners
Conduct field prep, seeding, tilling, and land maintenance activities
Support industrial and well-site operations with tractor work as needed
Assist in the cleanup and restoration of fields
Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on equipment
Accurately document completed work and equipment use logs
Follow all safety procedures and company protocols during operations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating agricultural tractors and attachments
Familiarity with Kubota and John Deere equipment strongly preferred
Valid Class 5 driver’s license required; Class 1 considered an asset
Safety certifications (e.g., H2S Alive, First Aid, CSO) are required
Mechanical knowledge and basic troubleshooting skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Able to work outdoors in changing conditions and on various terrain
