Job summary

Richardson International, a leader in Canadian agriculture, is seeking Agribusiness Summer Students for Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centres across Saskatchewan. You will support teams with crop input retail activities, scouting fields, soil testing, and grain handling while learning about agronomy and farm operations.

Ideal candidates are pursuing an Agriculture degree or diploma, are self-motivated, organized, and eager to gain hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in or completion of Agriculture degree/diploma.
• Focus on Agronomy, Plant Science or Soil Science.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with crop input retail activities.
• Scout crops for weeds, disease and insects.
• Conduct soil and tissue testing.
• Assist with purchase, storage and shipping of grain.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service to farm customers.
