Job summary

Richardson Pioneer, a division of Richardson International, seeks Summer Students to support agribusiness operations in Saskatchewan. You will assist with crop input activities, crop scouting, soil testing, and grain handling while delivering customer service to farm clients.

The role emphasizes practical experience in agronomy and agribusiness, with a focus on safe operation of equipment, teamwork, and reliable work ethic for the summer season.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of Agriculture.
• Self-motivated, organized and detail oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with crop input retail activities.
• Scout crops for weeds, disease and insects.
• Soil & tissue testing.
• Assist with the purchase, storage and shipping of grain.
• Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to our farm customers.
