Agribusiness Assistants (ABAs) will experience a number of challenging positions within our Letellier, MB Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre. This one‑year program is designed to help ABAs identify their specific career path in:

Grain Sales and Marketing
Crop Inputs
Operations
The Agribusiness Assistant will gain experience in crop inputs, agronomy, grain handling, customer service, grain grading, grain blending, grain marketing, sales, operations management including exposure to budgeting, business planning and scheduling.
