Job summary

AltaGas seeks an experienced Agile Delivery and Transformation Manager to shape and embed a consistent Agile delivery practice across Delivery Enablement and Excellence. You will pilot, train, and scale Agile across the organization, coaching teams, leaders, and stakeholders to sustain improvements.

The role emphasizes practical guidance, templates, and learning materials, with governance, risk, and change management alignment to business objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Agile, product, project, program, or digital delivery environments.
• Experience coaching teams and leaders across multiple contexts.
• Evidence of embedding and expanding Agile practices across teams.
• Experience contributing to Agile delivery practices, governance, and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Define, refine, and maintain the Agile framework, playbook, and standards.
• Lead Agile training rollout and maturity development.
• Provide hands-on coaching on roles, ceremonies, backlog practices, and ways of working.
• Coach Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters to align priorities and practices.
• Define measurement of adoption, flow, and predictability and report to leadership.
