Cohere is seeking Software Engineers with Applied AI experience to design, build, and deploy agentic workflows powered by LLMs. You will work with customers on real-world problems to create first-of-kind agent workflows integrating LLMs with tools, APIs, and data sources.

The role requires delivering reliable, observable, safe, and auditable agents from day one. Travel up to 20-40% and collaboration with customers on enterprise projects will be common as you shape North, Cohere's AI workspace

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience building production-grade software in Python.
• Experience deploying high-performance RAG and agentic applications.
• Strong knowledge of LLM stacks, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
• Ability to build robust evaluation frameworks for agent accuracy, safety, and latency.
• Experience liaising with customers and leading technical discussions with enterprise stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Translate high-value business problems into well-framed agentic workflows with clear criteria.
• Lead design, build, and delivery of LLM-powered agents across tools and data sources.
• Build and ship features for North, the AI workspace platform, end-to-end.
• Own end-to-end use-case scoping across technical areas, including frontend.
• Contribute to reusable frameworks and patterns for consistent delivery.
• Drive clarity and raise engineering quality across the organization.
