Job summary

Desjardins is seeking an office work and operations agent to provide administrative and operational support. The role involves data entry, data processing, and ensuring data integrity across systems to help the unit meet objectives.

Responsibilities include analyzing reports, preparing presentations, coordinating activities, and serving as a resource for administrative matters. A trade school diploma and at least two years of related experience are required; bilingualism and English proficiency

Qualifications

  • Trade school diploma in a related field.
  • Minimum two years of relevant experience.
  • French knowledge required for Quebec positions; English proficiency required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of English due to duties/tools or interactions with partners, members and/or clients.

  • Help analyze and produce reports and statistics.
  • Carry out data collection, entry, modification, and coding; coordinate activities.

Job description

Temporary 12-month position

As an office work and operations agent, you provide administrative and operational support to the organization. You strive to maximize operational productivity. This may include working in one or more sub-specialties, such as data entry, data processing, and verification of database data integrity. You perform administrative and follow-up tasks to support your unit’s day-to-day operations and help it meet operational objectives and carry out initiatives in accordance with the detailed directives in place. The ability to drive results is therefore essential. You help process information and solve simple, everyday issues, tailoring your approach as needed. You respond to administrative and operational questions. More specifically, you will be required to :

  • Help carry out the unit’s operational and administrative processes
  • Help analyze and produce reports and statistics
  • Carry out administrative tasks, including data collection, entry, modification, compilation and coding. Coordinate the unit’s activities
  • Provide information about your line of business’s processes and procedures
  • Help prepare presentations and related documents
  • Serve as resource person for administrative and operational matters.

What you bring to the table
  • Trade school diploma in a related field
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience
