Reporting to the Manager of Social Services, the Administrative Agent is responsible for the administrative and general functions of the Social Services Department and the Transportation and Accommodations Department.
- Professional diploma in secretarial studies and at least 5 years of relevant experience- Excellent skills in French and English, spoken and written- Excellent knowledge of Office Computer tools- Autonomous- Well organized with excellent multitasking abilities- Strong customer services skills- Successful skills test
