Elle accomplit un ensemble de travaux administratifs selon des méthodes et procédures complexes établies ou qu’elle modifie, selon les besoins. Elle exerce, de façon principale et habituelle, des attributions relatives au secrétariat, à l’utilisation de la bureautique ainsi qu’à l’élaboration et au traitement de dossiers ou de données nécessitant des connaissances spécifiques.
