Job summary

CHEP is hiring Afternoon Warehouse Personnel in Delta, BC for a full-time role. You will inspect, sort, and repair CHEP pallets weighing 50–70 lbs, supporting the service centre while upholding CHEP’s Zero Harm safety culture.

The position offers a starting wage of 28.26–29.61 CAD per hour, with shift premiums and monthly performance incentives. Training is provided and benefits are included, with a Teamsters 31 unionized environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (required).
• 1–3 years of general labour or related experience (required).
• 1–3 years of power tools experience (required).
• Previous forklift experience or certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair damaged CHEP pallets weighing 50–70 lbs.
• Pallet inspection, sorting, and general warehouse duties.
• Support service centre operations and safety culture.
