Job summary

Star Truss is seeking Production Workers for full-time, on-site roles in Winnipeg. Wage starts at $18.15/hour with a $1.00/hour afternoon shift premium, training during daytime hours for two weeks before working the afternoon shift.

Typical duties include setup, assembly per shop drawings, quality checks, and clean-up, with PPE provided. Prior truss experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Must be physically able to stand for long periods.
• No formal training required, prior truss experience preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up truss jig and moving materials to production table.
• Assemble each truss according to engineering drawings and ensure correct connector plates.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping; assist with other duties as assigned.
