Job summary

East Penn Canada is seeking an Afternoon Shift Warehouse Worker to support our warehouse operations, focusing on accurate order fulfillment and timely shipments. You will handle RF scanning, labeling, and pallet preparation while adhering to safety standards and company policies.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in warehouse duties, strong English communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in order picking, shipping/receiving, and general warehouse duties.
• Experience operating forklifts or similar material handling equipment is not required to have certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to work independently or in a team and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manual picking of customer orders using RF handheld scanners.
• Labeling products with correct tags or labels.
• Building customer orders and preparing pallets for shipping.
• Safely operating material handling equipment (forklift, pump truck).
• Carrying out pre-shift equipment checks and maintaining safety awareness.
• Participating in inventory cycle counts when needed.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
