Job summary

Qualifications

• Safety, quality, and teamwork commitment.
• Forklift license is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, store, and organize raw materials in the warehouse with proper stock rotation.
• Deliver and remove raw materials to/from primary press lines and production areas.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Pack, prepare, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
• Verify product quantities, weights, and shipping requirements.
• Process shipping documentation, billing data entry, and company systems entries.
• Coordinate with carriers to ensure efficient shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental objectives.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Shipping Supervisor, the Material Handler/Shipper plays an important role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials and finished goods throughout our facility. This position is responsible for material handling, shipping and receiving activities, inventory organization, and supporting production through the timely delivery of raw materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, move, store, and organize raw materials within the warehouse while maintaining proper stock rotation and minimizing obsolescence.
• Deliver and remove raw materials to and from primary press lines and secondary production areas as required.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Pack, prepare, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
• Verify product quantities, weights, and shipping requirements.
• Process shipping documentation, billing information, and data entry using company systems.
• Coordinate with carriers and transportation providers to ensure efficient shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of departmental objectives.

Permanent Full-Time

Afternoon Shift: Monday to Thursday, 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
