Job summary

The role is also responsible for managing the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for the dairy distribution center, including receiving, replenishment, and shipping activities, while welcoming drivers and collaborating with multiple internal Agropur teams. * Execute and monitor receiving and shipping transactions for both internal and external warehouses.* Monitor and follow up on overdue transactions.* Send orders to external warehouses.* Manage lot allocations for internal orders.* Follow up on uncollected orders with the Transportation and Customer Service teams.* Manage the courier shipment system for designated sites.* Manage order priorities within the Warehouse Management System and coordinate replenishment activities.* Administer the access control system and welcome incoming drivers.**‘The individual who will own this role’*** College diploma (DEC) or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.* An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly **Excel** and **Outlook**.* Experience with inventory management systems, especially **SAP** and **Oracle**, is considered a strong asset.* Strong verbal and written communication skills in both **French and English**.
