Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, seeks a Territory Manager to lead field sales for the North Shore of Montreal. You will develop business plans, execute brand strategies, and deliver on short- and long-term sales targets while keeping patients at the center of the efforts.

You will build strong customer relationships, meet KPIs, and collaborate with stakeholders to maximize market opportunities in a compliant framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, science or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two years in a Specialty Sales role within pharma/aesthetics.
• Strong presentation and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and meet/exceed KPIs and targets.
• Create pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to improve results.
• Engage with stakeholders to build trusted relationships.
• Execute a call plan to maximize coverage of key customers.
• Analyze territory, market dynamics and competition to inform strategy.
• Differentiate Allergan Aesthetics value and knowledge with providers.
