Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics, part of AbbVie, is seeking a Territory Manager to lead sales in the North Shore of Montreal. You will build robust territory plans, drive brand strategies, and maintain physician and client relationships while adhering to AbbVie’s code of conduct and regulations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in specialty pharma sales, with strong presentation skills and proficiency in Office tools. Evening/weekend work and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Science or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a Specialty Sales role within pharma/aesthetic industry.
• Strong sales track record and solid presentation skills.
• Proven ability to identify customer style and adapt selling approach.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; comfortable with technology.
• Evening/weekend work and occasional overnight travel.
• Valid driver’s license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs and financial targets to meet business objectives.
• Create pre-call plans and post-call evaluation to improve performance.
• Engage with key stakeholders to build trusted relationships.
• Execute a call plan to maximize sales opportunities.
• Understand customer needs, territory, competitors and market dynamics.
• Differentiate Allergan Aesthetics value proposition with healthcare providers.
