Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a Quality Manager for our Montreal, CA location to lead the QA department, enforce lean processes, and drive continual improvement across quality, safety, delivery, and cost. The role focuses on empowering staff and sustaining strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field, 5 years of manufacturing quality experience, 3 years in QA management, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field.
• 5 years of quality experience in manufacturing.
• 3 years of Quality department management experience leading site quality initiatives with OEM/1st tier suppliers.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
• Proficient in French and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the Quality Assurance Department with lean processes.
• Hands-on involvement in Site Quality Manager Systems (QMS).
• Develop and manage performance of QA personnel and corrective actions.
• Manage metrology processes and accreditation controls.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and customer documents.
• Represent the company during audits by customers or third parties.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
