Job summary

Airbus in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada) seeks a Product Change Leader to drive change management across the A220 configuration program. You will lead cross-functional teams through design, development, manufacturing and service, ensuring milestones are met within budget and scope.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and multilingual communication in a dynamic aerospace environment with a strong focus on risk management, governance, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in management/engineering, or 15 years equivalent experience (PMP is an asset).
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in product development.
• Demonstrated leadership and influence; bilingual in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from launch to production and service, across detailed design, development, parts manufacturing and industrialization.
• Lead aircraft configuration in an MFT (Integrated Work Team) approach.
• Ensure milestones in schedule, cost, quality, resources and scope; manage change requests and governance presentations.
