Job summary

Aviya Aerospace Systems is a leader in engineering services and solutions for mission-critical Aerospace and Defense applications. We provide expertise in program management, systems, software, mechanical, and hardware engineering to top-tier Aerospace and Defense Contractors. We have an opening for an Aerospace Engineering Technical Lead in Mississauga, Ontario, or Longueuil, Quebec. Please include an English resume with your application.

Specific Position Duties
  1. Plan and support engine health monitoring algorithm development and acceptance testing in collaboration with the Manager.
  2. Host Integrated Product Technical (IPT) meetings, conduct technical reviews, and complete validation testing to ensure accurate services integration in CAMP EHM platform.
  3. Lead change management initiatives for launching and deploying new engine program digital engine services.
  4. Coordinate issuance of Engineering Coordination Memos (CM) and Interface Control Documents (ICD); manage Stakeholder Requirements and build Sprint plans.
  5. Lead technical coordination efforts within engineering groups, engine program managers, and customers for project success.
  6. Communicate project risks, raise change requests, find solutions, and ensure best practices during project execution.
  7. Support dashboards and BI solutions in cloud platforms for reporting; prepare periodic project status reports.
  8. Lead engine health management service activation in collaboration with CAMP Systems International and customer support teams.
Qualifications for the Position
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in aviation, focusing on engine performance analysis and digital services deployment.
  • Proficiency in English for reading, understanding, and communication with international stakeholders.
  • Certification and proven experience in project management.
  • Experience deploying web applications and integrating third-party applications.
  • Expertise in aircraft engine performance analysis and engine health management services.
  • Experience with Agile development standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Proficiency in data modeling and systems engineering projects.
  • Experience with software version control, code verification, and configuration management.
  • Skills in designing and developing web services UI/UX.
