Job summary

ADDMAN Engineering is seeking an Electrical Assembler to support the build and test of electrical coil assemblies to customer specifications. The role involves soldering, wiring, and testing using manual and automated equipment in an aerospace-focused environment.

Candidate must read drawings and instructions, follow procedures, and maintain accurate ERP records. This full-time position requires attention to detail, self-motivation, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Reading meters, gauges, charts and instruments.
  • IPC soldering to J-STD-001 with Space Addendum desired.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work without supervision.
  • Quality and compliance are critical for aerospace products.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate manual and automated coil winding equipment.
  • Solder coil and PCB assemblies per specs; perform testing.
  • Operate wire stripping machines and related tooling.
  • Use a Thermal Chamber, RF pre-heater and molding press as required.
  • Pot epoxy encapsulant and perform post-assembly trimming and inspection.
  • Conduct dielectric and resistance testing with available equipment.
  • Install and test crimp connectors; identify quality issues.
  • Complete documentation in ERP system and maintain housekeeping.
