Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Canada in Saint-Hubert, Quebec, seeks a four-month internship in the after-sales customer service department. You will design and develop software tools to improve customer support, starting with understanding Event Managers’ needs and moving to tool design, deployment, and continuous improvement.

Strong Power BI skills and on-site work are required. You will collaborate with CS teams, generate periodic reports, and help standardize processes for global applicability.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Canadian university during the internship.
• On-site in Saint-Hubert, Quebec, Canada.
• Strong English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Automate and improve existing reports.
• Develop Power BI tools and reports to enable better decision-making for Spare parts.
• Develop processes to improve master data quality (Pricing, ELM codes, model family).
• Study the needs of Event Managers and design software tools or online platforms to streamline support.
