Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced AEM Tower Lead to drive design, development, governance and delivery of Adobe Experience Manager solutions for enterprise digital experiences across web and mobile. You will lead architecture, development, and environment management while collaborating with EA, CX, Product, and data teams to enable scalable customer-facing experiences.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong AEM depth, and delivery experience within Agile programs.

Qualifications

10+ years in web and digital experience delivery.
5+ years of Adobe Experience Manager experience.
Experience leading AEM development teams and delivery workstreams.
Experience delivering customer-facing digital transformation programs.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the AEM delivery tower across architecture, development, and environment management.
Define AEM development standards, best practices, and governance processes.
Provide technical leadership across all AEM-related initiatives.
Collaborate with business, UX, product, architecture, and delivery teams to align solutions with objectives.
Review technical designs and ensure consistency across releases.
Design scalable AEM solutions supporting personalization and self-service use cases.
Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, services, and workflows.
Participate in estimation, sprint planning, and release readiness.
