Job summary

Cuningham is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to advance the firm’s use of business systems and data. You will optimize Deltek Vantagepoint and Power BI, improve data quality, and enable CRM and operational data reporting to support decision-making.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in business systems analysis within an Architecture/AEC setting, with strong Power BI and data modeling skills, and experience validating data for reliable reporting.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in business systems analysis, data analytics, or a related role.
• Experience within an Architecture / AEC firm.
• Advanced experience administering or supporting Deltek Vantagepoint in architecture/engineering environments.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard development and data modeling.
• Experience validating data to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business systems, workflows, and data structures to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Gather and translate business requirements into reporting, data models, and system enhancements.
• Design, develop, and improve Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Pressure test data and dashboards for accuracy and reliability.
• Understand firm operations to inform analysis and recommendations.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to align systems with organizational needs.
• Produce and maintain management dashboards and operational reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting, including AI and automation.
