Job summary

Ledcor is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform data into actionable insights. Responsibilities include maintaining Power BI models, refining requirements with business teams, and expanding Power Apps/Power Automate usage.

The role requires 3–5 years of BI experience and strong skills in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and agile delivery. Candidate will collaborate with Construction Services teams, finance, data governance, and engineering to deliver analytics solutions and support

Qualifications

College/trade diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3–5 years of experience in BI, analytics, reporting, or data visualization.
Experience gathering requirements and delivering reporting outcomes.
Strong Power BI skills: Power Query, DAX, semantic modelling, report design, SQL.
Familiarity with cloud analytics and data ecosystems (Databricks, Azure, Microsoft Fabric).
Understanding data management including governance, quality, and security.
Experience with Agile delivery using Jira and Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance Power BI models, ETL scripts, and UI/UX design with GitHub/Jira.
Collaborate with business users to refine requirements and develop reporting content.
Expand the organization's Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
Build knowledge across analytics stack: Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Paginated Reports, Databricks, Sigma.
Support maintenance, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting of analytics assets.
Partner with stakeholders across functions to drive reporting initiatives.
Communicate progress, blockers, risks, and questions clearly to team and partners.
Demonstrate curiosity and continuous learning; seek feedback and develop technical/business knowledge.
Perform other duties as assigned.
