YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Although the Stockroom is your primary area, you're able to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Passion for brand standards: You are proactive in keeping products moving through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
2. Ownership of the Stockroom: You ensure the Stockroom remains organized and efficient, managing merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
3. Innovation: You identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, and take action to improve visual presentation.
4. Teamwork: You assist team members with non-stock tasks and guest needs, fostering a collaborative environment.
5. Integrity and safety: You prioritize safety standards, follow Asset Protection policies, and adhere to AEO's procedures both in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor.
