YOUR ROLE

You can't buy a product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador, you're an expert at moving products from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Although the Stockroom is your main area, you're flexible and able to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Passion for brand standards: You are proactive in keeping products moving through effective shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Ownership of the Stockroom: You ensure the Stockroom remains organized and efficient, managing merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
• Innovation: You identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, and take action to improve displays and stock presentation.
• Teamwork: You're ready to assist team members with tasks beyond stock, including guest support.
• Integrity and Safety: You prioritize safety, follow Asset Protection standards, and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
