Job Description

As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you will support Customer Workflow Solution Sales, guiding revenue for our products in collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. This hands-on technical role requires expertise in solution delivery and positioning throughout sales cycles.

What You Will Do

  • Support product sales as a technical and domain expert.
  • Lead discovery workshops and give product demonstrations to align solutions with customer needs.
  • Respond to technical questions from customers, partners, and colleagues.
  • Provide feedback to product management for improvements.
  • Share best practices and reusable assets with team members.
  • Stay informed on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
  • Support marketing events such as briefings, conferences, and trade shows.

Qualifications

  • Experience with AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • 7+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering.
  • Experience in finance or banking in Canada.
  • Federal experience in Canada.
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or similar cloud software solutions.
  • Collaborative experience with product teams, partners, and professional services.
  • Territory management skills, including pipeline development.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
