What you will do:

  • Develop, publish, and schedule Power BI reports and dashboards that are leveraged across Supply Chain Management (SCM), including by senior leadership.
  • Utilize Power Query, M Language, Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), and other Power BI tools to create data models and visualizations.
  • Perform data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) processes to integrate data from multiple data sources including but not limited to: SharePoint lists, Excel, SQL Servers, etc.
  • Perform extensive quality checks to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all Power BI solutions.
  • Maintain and optimize existing Power BI reports and dashboards for performance and usability.
  • Develop and manage Power Automate flows to automate business processes and improve efficiency. Troubleshoot and optimize existing Power Automate flows.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and tracking of SCM's key performance indicators (KPIs), internal and external benchmarking; as well as creating and maintaining high-quality reports and dashboards.
  • Other duties as assigned aligned with SCM Performance Analytics, Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG), or enterprise needs.


Who you are:
  • University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering or related field with a minimum of four years of progressively responsible and related experience OR a combination of education and experience may be considered. Candidates who do not possess a University degree, an additional 3-years of related experience is required.
  • Proven data analysis and data modeling skills with competency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Power BI.
  • Intermediate skills in Power Automate, including creating and managing flows.
  • Proven communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and presentation skills, with influencing and persuasive talents.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to deliver high-quality work.


Working Conditions:
  • Typical office environment.
  • Minimal travel required within Canada and United States, occasionally requires Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Salary range - $77,000-$95,000/yr

  • Pay credits are between 4% and 11% of eligible earnings, based on age and service
