Job summary

Desjardins in Montreal area seeks a risk management advisor for a 12-month temporary term. You will assist with risk management, supervision analysis, research and development, and work with clients and partners to implement improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least four years of relevant experience, French proficiency, and strong analytical and interpersonal skills; you will interact with stakeholders across units and deliver recommendations and action plans.

You advise and assist clients and partners as part of intervention and development initiatives. You recommend solutions to improve or optimize standards, policies and programs. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work. You prepare recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s objectives and priorities. You help solve complex problems using your analytical skills and extensive knowledge of your line of business. Coordination is critical, so you frequently interact with stakeholders working in other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to:

  • Diagnose issues, challenges and needs to determine target outcomes

Temporary position for 12 months
