Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a Marketing Advisor in Lévis, Canada, for a 12-month temporary position. You will help develop and update products and services to meet member and client needs, and support business development by analyzing market needs and implementing marketing strategies.

You will lead projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide actionable marketing recommendations and plans aligned with organizational priorities and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of four years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in spoken and written French.
• Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead development projects, diagnose issues and determine target outcomes.
• Develop objectives, solutions and action plans.
• Analyze data, conduct studies, make recommendations and write summaries. Coordination with stakeholders is required.

Temporary position for 12 months.

As a marketing advisor, you help develop and update the organization’s products and services to meet member/client needs and support business development. You analyze market needs and develop and implement product and service marketing strategies. You serve as resource person to clients and partners and advise and assist them on important development projects and interventions. You recommend solutions to improve or optimize standards, policies and programs. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work. You prepare marketing recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s objectives and priorities. You help solve complex problems using your analytical skills and extensive knowledge of your line of business. Coordination is critical, so you frequently interact with stakeholders working in other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to:
