Job summary

Desjardins in Lévis, Canada, seeks a sales and business development support advisor to serve and maintain member and client relationships across multiple channels. You will analyze needs, promote products, and align actions with our unit's objectives.

You excel in advising clients, handling complex requests, and preparing data-driven reports while staying current with the latest products and services. Fluency in French and strong English are required, with a focus on customer satisfaction and

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience

  • Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients

As a sales and business development support advisor, you help serve and maintain business relationships with members and clients. You help sell products and services through multiple distribution channels based on member/client needs and current strategies and practices. You help build and maintain business relationships with clients. You drive results by reviewing complex requests and helping promote and sell products and services based on client needs and your unit’s business objectives and strategies. You balance sales objectives, sound and prudent risk management, profitability and member/client satisfaction. You work with clients with diverse needs and significant development potential for your sector. You analyze member/client needs and develop and implement personalized solutions. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. Your work and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of business. More specifically, you will be required to :

  • Establish an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention
