Job summary

BBA Consultants in Canada seeks an Advisor, Design and Organizational Effectiveness to strengthen leadership capability, team effectiveness and organizational performance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in adult education, leadership, business, OD/HR or related field; master’s preferred.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in leadership development, organizational effectiveness and/or development, consulting and facilitation.
• Strong systems thinking, organizational diagnosis and facilitation capabilities.
• Experience advising senior leaders and multi-stakeholder groups.
• Strong communication, storytelling, visualization and insight translation skills.
• Advanced English skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in English-speaking Canadian provinces and internationally; you may need to use English occasionally or daily, depending on current projects.
• Advanced French skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in Québec.
• Advanced Spanish skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in South America; you may need to use Spanish occasionally or daily, depending on current projects.
• Asset: experience with coaching, leadership assessments, change management approaches and AI-enabled learning tools.

• Annual base salary from $113,000 to $159,000.
