Job summary

BBA is seeking an Advisor for Business Development and Marketing in Mont-Saint-Hilaire, QC. You will support pursuit and sales operations, keep content current, and help produce proposals and decks with a fast-paced, hands-on approach.

You’ll collaborate across teams, manage content in SharePoint and Loopio, and format visuals with Canva and Office 365. The role rewards strong organization, resourcefulness and a collaborative spirit within a growing, inclusive Canadian consulting firm.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in project coordination, marketing or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in proposals or sales content production.
• Strong ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Polished visual content with a strong graphic sensibility.
• Proficiency with Canva, Office 365, SharePoint and Loopio.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and help produce pitch decks and sales materials, meeting deadlines.
• Maintain and update content management platforms, project sheets, bios and proof points.
• Develop proposals and RFP responses by coordinating inputs from subject matter experts.
• Produce visually compelling content using Canva and Office 365.

As a business development (BD) and marketing Advisor,you’ll play a key role in our pursuit and sales operations, keeping our toolsand content current, our proposals moving and our pipeline strong. • Coordinate and help produce pitch decks and sales materials, supporting the production process and coordinating reviews to meet deadlines
• Maintain and update our content management platforms, including project sheets, bios and proof points, keeping everything current, accurate and easy to find
• Help develop proposals and RFP responses by contributing key sections, coordinating inputs from subject matter experts and ensuring content is complete and submission requirements are met
• Produce and format visually compelling content using Canva and Office 365, including presentations, one-pagers and interactive visuals
• Manage and organize content in SharePoint and Loopio, ensuring materials are structured, tagged and ready to deploy
• Liaise with and support internal stakeholders by gathering content, tracking inputs and following up, as needed, and flagging delays to keep pursuit timelines on track

Summary of certifications and job requirements

• From 5 to 8 years of experience in project coordination, marketing or a related field, ideally with solid hands-on experience in proposals or sales content production
• Strong project coordination skills with a proven ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines
• A strong graphic sensibility and hands-on experience producing polished, visually compelling content
• Proficiency with Canva, Office 365, SharePoint, and Loopio or similar proposal management platforms
• Resourceful and solutions-oriented, someone who figures things out rather than waiting to be told
• Comfortable working in a matrix environment, taking direction from multiple stakeholders while keeping priorities straight
• Asset: familiarity with AI tools to support content production and efficiency
• Asset: a background in marketing or communications, particularly for graphic design and content
