Pattison Outdoor Advertising is seeking a driven Territory Business Development Manager to grow advertising revenue in Greater Vancouver with a focus on Richmond, BC. You will build local relationships, prospect opportunities through networking and referrals, and manage a territory plan to open doors for long-term client partnerships.

• Strong connections to the Richmond business community and Greater Vancouver market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new advertising opportunities across Richmond and Greater Vancouver.
• Develop local relationships with business owners, marketers, and agencies.
• Generate leads via outbound outreach, referrals, and market research.
• Build and manage a territory plan with priority accounts and revenue opportunities.
• Present advertising recommendations using OOH, transit, digital formats.
