We are currently looking for Advertising Specialists to support the production of flyers, creative, photography and digital asset management services. You will contribute to workflow and production guidelines and SOPs with a view to quality, process and operational efficiencies. Essential will be the support of the annual and quarterly flyer planning cycle and expert execution of the weekly flyer program including its omni-channel presence. Customer care and a collaborative service offering are within this role’s purview. Remote working but encourage on-site once per week.

Responsibilities

When your actions lead to success:

  • Execution of flyer and advertising production forthe Creative Studio, including multi-banner flyer, POS and digital materials, brand campaigns, photo studio, digital asset management and creative services, project intake and scheduling for assigned format.
  • Manage production activities, support SOP and training material documentations, manage vendor briefings.
  • Execute program integration across channels, negotiating activities between departments and execution for print and digital, being mindful of sales and ad planning alignment as well as inter-departmental communications.
  • As a member of the Marketing team, from time-to-time support projects beyond ongoing campaigns and events.
  • Attend creative review, grid hand-off, banner Ad Meetings and team meetings.
Qualifications

  • University or college degree in business, marketing or an equivalent degree in a field of studyrelated to the job and businesses marketed
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build partnerships to effectively source information, obtainapprovals and build relationships
  • Creative problem solving, a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and within ateam in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail, strong project management skills
  • Strong ability to prioritize multiple projects to set and manage priorities to meet deadlines, allwithin a multi-tasking environment with changing priorities
  • Familiarity with digital and standard marketing channels
  • Self-starter
  • Strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, and other relevant applications
