Interior Health Authority in Trail, BC is seeking an experienced Sonographer to join our Medical Imaging Department at Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital. This relief, part-time position (0.65) involves rotating days and evenings and collaborating with radiologists, physicians and other health care professionals in a fast-paced environment.

KBH performs abdominal, pelvic, obstetrical, vascular, small parts and echo exams.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic ultrasound procedures/examinations in collaboration with radiologists/cardiologists and other health care professionals.
• Works on a variety of exams including abdominal, pelvic, obstetrical, vascular, small parts and echo.
• Rotating shifts with day and evening coverage in KBH Medical Imaging Department.
