As a Content Designer, you will shape the conversations we conduct through each of our digital products. You will think strategically about the creation and delivery of our content: what we say, how we say it, and where we deliver each piece of that message.

In this role, you will collaborate across disciplines to define the core value of our digital products, ensuring every experience—from promotional to transactional—embodies that value as clients engage with it. Ultimately, you will use content to connect what our digital products can do with what truly matters to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy
  • Strategic Alignment: Create strategies using content to support clients’ needs for information and understanding within digital products.
  • Collaboration & Ideation: Facilitate collaborative design activities, ideation sessions, and cross-functional work streams.
  • Advocacy & Guidance: Articulate the rationale behind content strategies and provide design advice to product team members.
  • Standards & Process: Provide practical direction to the broader design team on communications standards, tools, channels, and processes.
  • Client Representation: Act as a client advocate, representing their needs in discussions around content strategy and product design.
Content Creation
  • Textual Content: Create client-focused copy supporting design principles and product strategies, including labels, explanatory text, metadata, microcopy, and external go-to-market content.
  • Non-Textual Content: Partner with peers to shape iconography, information graphics, imagery, and data visualization.
  • Inclusive Design: Apply principles of Inclusive Design throughout content creation.
  • Compliance & Governance: Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory teams to meet all legal and regulatory standards.
  • Lifecycle Management: Manage the documentation and distribution of content throughout its lifecycle.
Research & Testing
  • Research Alignment: Partner with Design Researchers to align teams on critical research and testing questions.
  • Performance Testing: Initiate tests with Design and Testing Leads to evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies and executions.
  • Competitive Analysis: Audit competitive landscapes and messaging strategies relevant to specific design or business goals.
  • Audits: Perform comprehensive content audits as needed.
What We Offer
  • Inclusive Culture: Work in an environment where designers feel included, valued, heard, and supported by expert peers.
  • Scale & Impact: Build solutions used by millions of people for a company that prioritizes customer experience and global digital leadership.
  • Innovation: Push the boundaries of digital product design to improve the lives of the people and communities we serve.
