Shared Health at Russell ERS - West Zone seeks a Paramedic to deliver accessible, integrated, and safe patient care in a busy environment at the Russell Health Centre. This in-person role supports pre-hospital and emergency responses and requires strong collaboration with the care team.

The successful candidate will work 12-hour shifts, bring advanced life support credentials, and apply LEADS leadership principles while serving diverse communities in Manitoba.

Formación

• Graduate of an advanced care paramedic program with Manitoba approval.
• Licensed Advanced Care Paramedic in good standing.
• Experience with LEADS framework and bilingual communication is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide accessible, responsive, integrated, safe and effective patient care.
• Collaborate with health care providers and emergency services to ensure high-quality care.
