Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field with 6 months of related experience or
• Diploma with 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination
• Related work experience includes reporting and youth counseling in groups or individually

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, care planning, treatment and discharge planning for youth
• Deliver community services at Maples Adolescent Treatment Centre
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support families and youths

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Child and Youth Care, Social Work or other human services field

Diploma in Child and Youth Care, Social Work or other human services field

Equivalent combination of education and related experience
