Northern Lakes College in Slave Lake invites applications for an Admissions Support role. Reporting to the Associate Registrar, you will provide front-line service, answer inquiries about programs, and assist with processing applications for admission.
You will handle documentation, perform routine data entry, and prepare correspondence while maintaining confidentiality and delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Associate Registrar, this position is responsible for providing front-line service and information to clients, as well as supporting the Admissions Office in the processing of applications for admission to Northern Lakes College. This position plays a key role in delivering responsive and professional service to prospective and current students. The Admissions Support provides administrative assistance, responds to inquiries regarding College programs and services, and supports the efficient processing and organization of application documentation. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer service.
The Successful candidate must provide College or University transcripts and a clean Criminal Record Check to Human Resources prior to commencement.
This position is covered under the Collective Agreement between Northern Lakes College and the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees.
