Candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Cultural Studies, International Relations, or related fields, with at least four years' experience in cross-cultural environments, preferably in education or community programs. Experience with boarding/homestay coordination, international student services, and high-volume administration is advantageous. Skills needed include empathy, responsiveness, trust-building, organizational and problem-solving abilities, clear communication, professionalism, flexibility for travel and events, and access to a vehicle with BC Driver's license.
