First Nations Health Authority is seeking a Payroll Service Administrator to manage payroll cycles for FNHA employees, handling leaves, allowances, and additional hours. You will ensure accuracy and timely processing across all payroll periods.
You will perform bi-weekly audits on time entry, support HR with data, benefits, and leave enrollment issues, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a hybrid work setting. A PCP certification is an asset and BC First Nations context is valued.

Payroll Service Administrator
$60,820 - $76,024 - $83,627 per year (pay range explained below)

37.5 hours (core hours Mon-Fri 9am-3pm)
Park Royal Office, West Vancouver - on the traditional and unceded territories of the Coast Salish Territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations - Hybrid (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA's flex work policy). Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway in Spring 2027.
As an Administrator on the Payroll Services team, no two days in a row will ever be the same. Our staff rely on the Payroll Administrator to be there to answer questions and provide information.
As the Payroll Administrator you will process payroll and exception time related to leaves, allowances and additional hours for all FNHA employees. You will ensure that all aspects of all payroll cycles are processed in a timely and accurate manner. As well as you will perform bi-weekly audits of employees’ time entry and exception time to ensure accuracy. Additionally, you will support human resources with resolution of issues related to job data, position management, personal data, benefits and leave enrollments.

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
