Sectigo is seeking an Enterprise Systems Administrator to join our growing global team. You will enhance ERP systems, drive efficiency across the organization, and maintain users in Oracle NetSuite, Maxio, Workday and other platforms.

The role emphasizes documentation, audit compliance, and delivering timely solutions. You will support end users, develop UAT test cases, and create training materials. Hybrid model; based at our Ottawa (Kanata) office, 1125 Innovation Drive, Kanata, ON.

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Enterprise Systems Administrator to join our growing global team at Sectigo.

The Enterprise Systems Administrator will play a crucial role in enhancing our ERP systems,driving efficiencyand effectivenessacross the organization. The SA will maintain users in various platforms such asOracle NetSuite, Maxio, Workday and other platforms. The SA will need to have knowledge about audit compliancy rules affecting system administrators and documentation of tasks. The SA will monitor help desk tickets and provide service to end users on various ERP platforms, find solutions and expected outcomes, and delivery timetables. While some project management and technical administration tasks may be involved, the primary focus will be on documentation and analysis of solutions for various issues.A strong understanding of NetSuite ERP, Maxio Billing, Workday HCM is required.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with business and project goals.
• Document detailed system specifications, including both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create comprehensive use cases, process flows, and wireframes to illustrate system functionality and user interactions.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Identify and mitigate roadblocks and risks during project planning, proposing effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain UAT test cases and coordinate testing efforts.
• Communicate effectively with business leaders to align project goals and expectations.
• Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and adjust timetables as needed.
• Provide ongoing support for system enhancements and updates.
• Create and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of systems.
• Other duties assigned and related to the nature of this role and company initiatives.
• Be able to Review all ERP related issues and provide solutions. Development experience is a plus.

• This is a full-time position, working in ahybrid model, and reporting to ourOttawa (Kanata) officeat 1125 Innovation Drive, Kanata, ON
• The targeted compensation package for this role is between CAD $110,000 and CAD $140,000 subject to internal equity and years of experience. We may make further adjustments through an approval process if the targeted compensation range needs to be modified based on business needs and market trends.
