Kindred Connections Society in Calgary, AB is seeking an Administrative Support/Receptionist for a part-time evening schedule. The role supports administrative workflows, greets clients, processes payments, and maintains a welcoming environment for clients and staff.
Reporting to the Administrative Support & Payroll Coordinator, you will help with file management, answering inquiries, and other duties to ensure smooth operations during evening hours.

The Position
Job Title: Administrative Support/Receptionist
Job Type: Part-time, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday evenings from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and occasional Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Work Arrangement: Office Based
The Administrative Support position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Kindred during evening hours. Reporting to the Administrative Support & Payroll Coordinator, this role supports administrative and clerical workflows and contributes to a positive and welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors.
The Administrative Support position is responsible for a range of general administrative tasks, including answering phones, greeting and assisting clients and guests, processing payments, supporting file management projects, and providing overall office support to the administrative team.
This is a part-time position, scheduled for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday evenings from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and occasional Saturdays 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
