Description:As an Administrative Support II, you will require administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:1-year of customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications:Relevant post-secondary education (E.g. Medical Office Assistant certificate). Medical Terminology and courses or training in customer service and or data entry. Demonstrated Microsoft Office computer skills.
